3. The information is provided only for VitaStrong.it and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links contained therein.

3 - Data processing location
1. The processing of data generated by the use of VitaStrong.it takes place at Via IV Giugno 81, Serravalle, 47899, San Marino
2. In the event of a need, the data connected to the newsletter service may be processed by the data processor or by persons appointed by it at the relevant office.
III - COOKIES
1 - Type of Cookies
1. The VitaStrong.it website uses cookies to make the user's browsing experience easier and more intuitive: cookies are small text strings used to store some information that may concern the user, their preferences or the device used to access the Internet (computer, tablet or mobile) and are mainly used to adapt the site's operation to the user's expectations, offering a more personalized browsing experience and storing the choices made previously.

IV - DATA PROCESSING
1 - Data Processing Methods
1. Like all websites, this website also uses log files in which information collected automatically during user visits is stored. The information collected may include:

- name of the internet service provider (ISP);

a) Pursuant to Article 15, the right of the data subject to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and certain information, under Article 16 the right to rectify inaccurate personal data, under Article 18 the right to restrict the processing of personal data in certain circumstances, under Article 21 the right to object to the processing of personal data, and under Article 20 the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format;
b) the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay and the right to obtain the transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those which do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) the right to obtain the certification that the operations related to updating, rectifying, integration of data, erasure, blocking of data, transformation into anonymous form have been notified, as also related to their content, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared to the right that is to be protected.

If the processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) - consent to the use - or on Article 9(2)(a) - explicit consent to the processing of genetic, biometric data, health-related data, data revealing religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions - the user has the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
5. Similarly, in case of violation of the regulations, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data, as the supervisory authority in the Italian State.

VI. PROVIDED DATA SECURITY
1.
